1. Contracting Parties

1.2. The Agreement covers all services provided by the Service Provider through its website to the Client.

2. Copyright and Duplication Prohibition

Training programs, tutorials, content, and any other materials available on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Materials") are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright laws. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Materials provided by the Service Provider are intended for personal use only.

2.2. The Client expressly agrees not to copy, distribute, sell, publish, or disclose the Materials available on the site to any third party. The Client is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from copying, distributing, or violating copyright laws and agrees to bear any associated damages and costs.

3. Description of Services

3.1. Training programs, tutorials, content, virtual groups, and other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") available on the site are subject to the specifications and descriptions provided on the site. 3.2. To use the Services, the Client must register on the site and create a unique user account. During registration, the Client must provide accurate and truthful information.

3.3. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and is liable for all activities carried out through their user account.

4. Right to Report Violations

4.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to filing complaints with authorities, in cases where the Client violates copyright and duplication restrictions.

4.2. The Client acknowledges that the right to report violations may be necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Service Provider and agrees to cooperate in any legal proceedings related to such situations.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. As a general rule, we inform you that we do not offer refunds for our products or services. This policy is based on the digital nature of our resources and the significant investment in creating and maintaining the content.

6. Limitation of Liability

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania.

9.2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the competent courts at the Service Provider’s headquarters.

9.3. Any amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9.4. The invalidity or illegality of any provision of this Agreement does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client declares that they have read, understood, and agree with the terms stated above.
